- 2 spoons grated panner
- 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi
- Wheat dough for making paratha
- Oil as required for the paratha
- First roll the roti dough spread little oil on it then place the grated panner and sprinkle the Kasuri methi fold the roti with it’s corners and roll into paratha and cook With oil on hot tawa on both sides. Serve with butter.
